Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Designer AI Studio, operated by SRS AI Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the product you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for any activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials safe and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Credits and payment

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are purchased in packs through Stripe, do not expire while your account is active, and are not transferable. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

Your content

You retain all rights to images you upload and the outputs generated from them. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not train models on your uploads or outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not upload content you don't have rights to, that depicts identifiable people without consent, or that violates our acceptable use policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits you paid for in the preceding twelve months.
