Designer AI Studio is a professional visualization tool. To keep it that way, there are things you may not upload or generate.

You may not

• Upload images you do not have the rights to use.
• Upload or generate imagery depicting identifiable people without their explicit consent.
• Generate imagery depicting minors.
• Generate sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or harassing imagery.
• Use the service to infringe trademarks, copyrights, or the branding of specific manufacturers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer model weights or circumvent our safety filters.
• Resell or redistribute generations as a standalone product.

Content we block automatically

Our provider (Google Gemini) applies a set of safety classifiers. If a generation is blocked at the model level, we record the reason and refund your credits.

URL-fetched images

When you paste a URL, we fetch it server-side, reject private network addresses, and honor robots.txt hints. Don't paste URLs for content you don't have the right to use downstream.

Consequences

We may remove content that violates this policy and, in egregious or repeated cases, suspend or terminate accounts.
