Refunds

We want you to pay only for work you actually use. Our refund policy has two parts: automatic credit refunds and discretionary monetary refunds.

Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails — whether due to a model error, a safety block, a network failure, or a timeout — the credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. You do not need to contact us. A refund is recorded in your transaction history with the originating generation's identifier.

Unused credits

If you purchased a pack within the last thirty days and have not used any credits from it, email us and we will refund the purchase in full to the original payment method.

Partially used packs

Once a pack has been used we do not offer monetary refunds on the remaining credits, but those credits do not expire while your account is active.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before filing a chargeback. It will be faster and almost always gets you what you need.
